Refund policy

At CHAKS STUDIO, each piece is crafted on order, with care, by real people not machines. Since our products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a genuine issue.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we’re here to help if something doesn’t feel right.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We offer size exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong size or design

  • You need a different size (based on availability)

You must raise your exchange request within 36 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@chaksstudio.com

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Reason for exchange

Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you through the next steps.

PLEASE NOTE :

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • We do not offer refunds, as every piece is made-to-order.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
